Supports long-length processing of aluminum profiles! Proven track record up to 8,500 mm.

We have numerous facilities specialized in machining for long aluminum profiles and aluminum welding machines! We can arrange everything from design to material procurement, processing, welding, and finished products.

Eicot Co., Ltd. has a history of over 70 years as a materials wholesaler and more than 50 years of experience as a processing company. We specialize in aluminum profile processing and can handle processing with supplied materials regardless of the extrusion manufacturer. We ensure quality control through indoor storage of materials. Our production equipment includes machining for long materials capable of hole processing, milling, and cutting with saw blades, as well as ultra-large cutting machines. We have four general 3-axis long material processing machines with a capacity of 6,000mm each and one 5-axis processing machine also with a capacity of 6,000mm. For inspection of large processed products, we have introduced a Keyence wide-area 3D measuring instrument. We have eight types of cutting machines, allowing us to select the appropriate machine based on the shape and cutting dimensions of the profiles. The largest saw blade size is Φ760, enabling us to handle large profiles. We also offer joining through TIG welding, fiber laser welding, and friction stir welding. Our company has a wealth of processing experience with various products, including parts for Shinkansen (bullet trains), subways, trucks, building sashes and louvers, office building materials, heat sinks for storage batteries, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and original furniture.
